Q. Do we ship to other countries?

 A. Absolutely, we ship worldwide.

Q. Will you have to pay a custom's fee?

A. This will depend on the country the product is being shipped to and how many pieces are in order.  Most countries, you will not have to pay customs. 

Q . Do we have free shipping?

A.  Our low shipping fee is $3.95 or FREE on orders over $75

Q. Where do our items ship from?

A. We have our partnered warehouses and factories located in China.  

Q. How long will it take for your order to shipped out?

A. All items are usually shipped out within 3 business days.  Some of our items are custom-made at the time of the order, but 3 days is still standard.  High demand or holidays can affect this time.  

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?  

A. All orders are processed in USD, but we use the most current exchange rate.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A. It usually takes 7-20 business days for your order to arrive.  This varies on your location, which product you ordered (some are custom-made when your order is placed), and demand for the product. Some items may ship separately even though order together.
